Steem Cameroon Best day Contest - 21/06/22

Hello to all members of steem Cameroon and steemit platform. I hope we are all doing good. Today I am very happy to participate in the contest organized by @steme-cameroon about My best day. My best day happens to be on Sunday, the 19th June 2022. Let me tell you a brief summary of how I spent that day.

REASON WHY IT WAS MY BEST DAY

Promptly in the first part of the day, around 4:30 after fajr prayers, we the women began planning and arranging things to begin cooking. It was Rice and Stew. We the little children from our family were there to help our moms in setting up these food. Like grinding tomatoes 🍅 , cutting onions 🧅, washing bowls and the rest.

At exactly 7:00am, the food was prepared and we served it in a take away bowls. They sent me to go and buy bread, milk and all staffs for tea. I heated water for them and they took their breakfast. Before we the little children now prepare ours.

We started bathing one after the other and started preparing for the naming ceremony. In an Islamic naming ceremony, a sheep is slotted before giving the baby a name. The area imams will be there. They will gather inside the mosque and start by the recitation of the Quran.

After they are done and come out from the mosque, they shared the food with water and drinks. Satisfaction all over the place. Eating and drinking, taking pictures and snap recordings. Playing musics and dancing. Giving stories🤩. We prayed the zuhr petition at 1:30.The baby’s name was AFNAAN.

Last Sunday was my best day of the week because it was very interesting and a lot of excitement even though there was a lot of stress. At 3:00 we had to performed ablution for the asr prayer. We gathered and prayed together with the boys infront.

CONCLUSION

We sat for some time and they asked us to go and wash the big big pots they used for cooking. They started another cooking. They prepared fufu in the evening. And after eating we had to do some exercise, bathed before going to bed.
