The Diary Game Season 3 [ Friday March 21st, 2025 ]

Just like so many of us get scared of death, it is part of life. Just as we have to be born to come to life, as we have to die to end life. It is a clear concept for us to accept death and understand we can't stay away from it. Death is the end point of our human journey and the more reason to appreciate the life we have. I always try to reflect on life and death whenever I have to pay my respects to a deceased family.

It is another day I will have to share, which started with my routine. I was up by 4 am and did my task. Nothing different from other days. By 7 am, I was done and the kids were ready for school. By this time we all had breakfast, thanks to my wife. I drop the kids and school. My next stop was at the mortuary for the removal of the corpse of one of my classmate's mom.

The mortuary is one of the places you get to reflect a lot about your life. I got to the mortar, and the next stop was the church, where a mass would be offered. I think Christians of the Catholic Church should have a better understanding of that. I was in the car, so I helped transport some members of the brief family.

We went to the church, and another thing that caught my attention was at the entrance. One of the heads of the church instructed that they should make sure the corpse was sent to the church with the head first. I don't understand the logic in that, but I could see how the family struggled to turn the cornfin.

I'm not a Catholic believer, so I was not very comfortable but had to give my last respect to her. I have known this lady as far back as 20 years ago when she came to school to report my classmate to the disciplinary teacher. So she happened to be one of the moms we could not forget LOL. May a gentle soul rest in peace.

From the church, the corpse was carried to her village (Bali). I would have loved to follow, but I had to get to the office. I got back to the office, and unfortunately, there was no electricity. This was not good for me, as I needed to complete a task for a friend. I decided to use the time to discuss the challenges the interns have been going through. I share the possible ways to handle the bug in their codes and different logical approaches to solve it.

It was past midday, and it was time to pick up my kids from school. So I rushed to their school; it was raining. We got home, and light was restored in the area. I had my lunch and quickly rushed to the office to see if I could start the task I needed to do in the morning hours. i

I decided to close early, to complete the task at home. Friday is my movie night, and I was to choose the movie. I came across the movie Breakthrough. We watch the first episode, and I swap to the England match. As a lover of the English premier league, it is normal to have an interest in watching how some of them are representing their country.

After the match, everyone was already asleep. I took the kids to bed and ended my day by going to bed too.
