Greetings Steemit friends

I will share how I spend my day. Sundays for me are a very committed day, not for church service. LOL, I try to give my full attention to my family on Sunday. Sunday is the only free day I have within a week. For the past three days, we had electricity problems. It affected my day-to-day work and even some of the tasks I had to carry on the steemit platform.

The school has finally resumed in our section of the country. I'm so glad to see the kids back to school after more than three months at home. The expression on my son's face after his first day at school shows that he was tired of staying home.

To help my daughter handle her exercise books, I usually tape the books. The tape gives some durability to the books and can go all academic year without the cover being pulled out. It takes a lot of time to tape all the books. I usually do so every academic here, and it has been of great help.

After, I had my breakfast and started with the family laundry. I complete the washing and cleaning of shoes late in the afternoon. With all the tiredness, I took my bath and slept off on the couch. Not up to an hour, I kids shouted. Lights are back, and I quickly jump up and on the TV. The match between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur was going on. It was halftime, and Man United was one man down, Meaning, he had a red card. The team captain had a red card during the first half of the game.

While watching the second half, Man United's performance was poor. The midfielders were nowhere to be found, as Tottenham had control all over the place. The match ended with United losing the game three goals to zero. When you have teams with high reputations losing, and conniving three goals. Lots of questions are been asked concerning the management. Let's keep waiting on the project the Man United coach keeps talking about.

On Sundays, when I have the chance, I watch from one match to the other. Next on my waiting list was the Madrid Derby. For the past years, Madrid Derby has always been played under tension between the fans. It was Atletico Madrid welcoming Real Madrid.

The first half went on well, until the second half when Real Madrid scored the first goal of the match. What the officials suspected, and what has been happening in the past years started. Atletico Madrid started throwing stuff onto the pitch. Normally, during a football match. The officials can go on with one case, that was not the situation. They decided to ask the players to go back to the dressing room.

I could see on the screen how the Atletico Madrid coach and team captain try to talk to the fans. When the fans calmed down, the match was resumed. I had my support for Atletico Madrid, and fortunately, they had an equalizer in extra time. Because of the tension all through the match, the officials ended the match when the extra time had not elapsed.

After the match, I logged on to steemit. I managed to complete some of the community tasks before finally going to bed.

Cheers
