My Daily Menu (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) [07/02/2025]

in Steem Cameroon5 days ago

Steem greetings @everyone from the motherland-Cameroon and welcome to my blog as I share my daily menu with you all.

Most often, I overworked myself to the extent that it affected my eating habits. At times I eat once a day and I do not even know if I should call it breakfast lunch or dinner 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. I think today was different compared to some other days.

My breakfast was toasted bread with an omelette and hot chocolate with a bit of milk. The Harmattan weather is really cold in the morning hours and I needed something hot to warm my system before going out.

Breakfast

For lunch, I did not have the time to take anything for lunch. Moreover, the breakfast I took was heavy enough to sustain me till evening hours. But I had snacks which were oat milk and yoghurt. Oat milk is rich in fibre which is healthy for the body.

My Snacks for the day

For my dinner, I took our local delicacy which was ogbono soup accompanied with garri. This soup is rich and healthy as it contains vegetables, meat, egusi and the ogbono seed are medicinal. The soup contains a lot of nutrients needed for the body.

In summary, it was a nice try for me to take at least a three-square meal for the day. I hope to improve my eating habits because it is affecting my health. This is one of the things I need to improve on during 2025.
