Diary Game of 20-01-2025. Seeing The Showers

Sirprised is the way i was feeling when i saw the skies turning dull and feeling a very humid and cold breeze blowing on my body. I thought i was just a normal seasonal breeze but it was actually the first rains of the year. Experiencing a new year's rainfall earlier than usual is the experience i had made the environment feel cold for a while there. I was really comfortable with the way the weather chosed to bless us with rainfall.

The day starts out with me waking up from bed and having to start washing clothes at 3 am begin studies as well. I was like a security guard that morning and the sleep didn't come back for the whole day. After the laundry, and the studies i did the chores and had breakfast to go. Todays food of the day is jellof rice or Cameroon jellof rice which is usually made by students and people who dont want to stress themselves making a very tedious meal.

After the meal was made, it was eating time and my best time. I always love the smell of good food, especially the one made by my hands. And as it had always been, the was delicious after eating we took a rest watching a recap of the football match of Sunday while i was doing some check ins on the DePIN projects i was participating in and i was already on season 3 of Nodepay.

I joined this project in the season 1 and gathered a 68 NC airdrop and after listing that gave me about 100 steem worth and i actually didnt do anything much as compared to Telegram mining projects.

As i was working on the mining projects i noticed something was off about the weather, we were deep into the dry season and the weather was looking dull and the breeze was very carrying humidity that is it felt colder and wetter compared to the dry hamattan wind that blows int the dry season. And as i went out to observe better i saw dark coulds gathering and not long from there, the drops of rain started falling on to the earth.

The rain only got more and more intense and more heavier as it fell. I thought mother nature made a mistake and gave us rain a little bit earlier than before. The rain persisted for up to 1 hour and few minutes, making the ground wet enough to have runoffs and almost geetting my room flooded with water from the balcony. The night came and the rain fell again making me believe that mother nature had not made a mistake.
