The Diary Game Season 3 [ 06/09/2021]
My regards to all the beautiful people in the group.
How did everyone around Bamenda spend the ghost day, long weekend right !
So about today , i woke up performed my prayer and then i was in bed for sometime on my phone and waiting for places to clear well or should i say for sunrise to show so that i can go start my laundry. Since i had prayed at about 5:35am like that, i had to wait for sometime at about 6:30am i went and started my laundry. It was really cold but as i was washing sun started approaching and then i was not feeling that much cold again. I was able to wash up the dresses really fast so that i would go to other chores and cooking of course.
Laundry time today .
After i was done with laundry and dried my dresses on a drying line ,my kid sister had washed plates as well so i just mopped the floor.
Afterwards i made pap for us to buy puff-puff from our lady neighbour who used to fry the puffpuff on mondays only. I made pap and we had breakfast. Then we rested for while and as we all know schools are resuming tomorrow so i loosened my sister's hair and plaited her neat school hair. She's so excited about going to up sixth as she will soon get into the university. She doesn't know there is really nothing very big added or making university studies that excited so am just watching her let next year come let her enroll let's see how it goes. Am happy for her though because i know she's one smart kid that i wouldn't need to worry about her passing of the GCE Advanced level. Oh well after we were done with plaiting ,rested we went into the kitchen later on to check what to cook.
We decided it was rice and groundnut stew (soup) we would prepare. So we went ahead prepared our cooking items and we prepared our rice and groundnut soup with chicken.
Launch
Some of our friends (neighbours) came around and we sat outside after launch and chatted and chatted with them. More sun was out and am happy my clothes were getting dry because if it had rained early afternoon then i would have to pack up the dresses to be drying them tomorrow again. So thank God at the end of the day i folded up my clothes and put but in the box as all got dried. Today was a good day after all !
Now we watched television too all day and to nap on monday eh very difficult because it was noisy everywhere. There's a main passing just in front of our house , so some guys organize and play football since it is not a working day that cars would be passing, children shouting here and there .
So evening came and we didn't want to eat rice again so we made dodo to eat with our groundnut soup(stew). I don't like rice that much but my junior sister does like rice very much so of course she only added some dodo to her rice and ate, but i and my mum ate dodo and the stew. Mum too likes fufu like my father lol so there was no way she would eat rice twice a day. Let me present a photo of my dinner as well.
