Interhouse Sport Day

Greetings my steemian friends, am glad to be in your mist.

It has been a long time I witness an interhouse Sport, if not mistaken, over 6 years now. On Friday which was 14th March, 2025, I was privilege to attend an interhouse Sport in BIbidem International School, Mbak road off Ekpri Usukara, Uyo.

I went there last due to other engagement I had with the mind to meet half way or at the end, surprisingly, reaching the school, the celebration just started. I was very relieved, so I joined the parents canopy and have a sit. The school comprises of Nursing, Primary and Secondary level in which all the levels were group into four colorful houses.

The Red, Green, Yellow and Blue house. All the house came out wonderful, participating in various activities. During my stay, I witness a match pass, long jump, filling the basket, race. Interhouse Sport celebration is another way of making student happy. During my stay, I can tell you from the facial expressions of the children how excited they were, each group has their own king and queen of the house.

Among the parents too, I saw happiness. The celebration was also funny as well as the nursery section made it fun. Kids that participating in filling the basket, egg race and a 100m were crying as their co-kid representing another group wins them.

Their cries simply means,there are the one that suppose to win. After been there for more than 3years, I took my boy was in green house, take picture and leave him with his Aunt and return back home.
