My grandmother used to make bread pie out of old bread. I know I liked it. Years later I tried to make it but didn't like it. I don't think I can make this one because 2-3 hours in the oven is too long. It will cost me too much gas. Perhaps one day I try an other recipe. I don't think my grsndmother made the one you made but yours looks great!
Thank you for your comments, it is the first time that I have cooked bread cake, I am fortunate to have direct gas and I can use all the gas I want and the payment fee is minimal annually, but don't be discouraged, it may possibly take less time of cooking, removing a little of the milk, so that it dries faster.
