Hello everyone!

New Year's Eve is a special time full of magic, warmth and joy. Every year I look forward to this holiday to spend it with my family. Our special tradition is to celebrate the New Year together, enjoying the atmosphere of comfort and fun.

This year we decided to decorate our apartment especially brightly. We hung garlands on the windows, decorated the Christmas tree, and laid out a variety of delicious dishes on the table, from salads to sweets. The treats were varied, and each of us cooked something different. My mom cooked her famous olivier, my dad surprised us with a baked duck, and my sister and I baked Christmas cookies in the shape of stars and Christmas trees.

When the clock struck ten, we were looking forward to midnight. Time flew by unnoticed: we discussed the past year, shared our plans for the next, laughed and played board games. At that moment, the main thing was not just to sum up the results, but also to build dreams about the future.

As midnight approached, there was an atmosphere of anticipation in the air. When the hands of the clock met at midnight, a real firework of emotions broke out in our house! We happily raised glasses of champagne and toasted each other, wishing each other health, happiness and fulfillment of our most cherished desires.

After we congratulated each other, we decided to light sparklers to please the children. I noticed how the eyes of my little nephews Sveta and Maxim sparkle with delight. They were looking forward to lighting sparklers. We set them on fire, and small sparks flashed in their hands, creating a stunning light and an atmosphere of magic. The children laughed, ran around, regaling us with their delights, showered with snow sparks and each other.

Sveta was happily spinning, holding a sparkler in her hands, as if it were a magic wand. I photographed this moment to remember how they glowed with happiness, playing with the light. And how they rejoiced that they could control this wonderful light themselves! We admired when the lights printed their patterns in the night sky, and we repeated daily that it was a symbol of a New Year's miracle.

This New Year's Eve will remain in our memory for a long time. She reminded me how important it is to spend time with loved ones, share joy and create warm memories. An indescribable feeling of love and happiness overwhelmed our hearts as we watched the sparklers sparkle, marking the beginning of the new year. This New Year has become a real magic for me, full of laughter, joy and family warmth.
