Contest: It's time for Self care.

Self care.
Because I am a home life and a mother of children too, I think that when you get married, you are focusing on yourself to a great extent, whereas before marriage, you were your favorite. You are taking care of yourself a lot, but I noticed that as soon as your children born, you start thinking about yourself very little. Until you stop thinking about yourself and slowly you forget yourself and from the time you don't pay enough attention to every little thing that you have, you start saying that you are no longer important to you, something like this happened to me too. For many years I stopped looking at myself until my children came into my life and I started spending time with them they always take care of me thats why i become so lazy and depend on them and in 2023 am diabetic patient and didn't pay attention to my health.
Due to which I feel that I am sleeping a lot day by day, due to which I feel very tired. I also do less walking becauss of my feet hurt. I like to stay at home abd didn't try to meetbwith people's but this year I thought that everyone has their own goals I have never set mine for years but this year i want to improve my health the way my sugar is very high every day and my blood pressure is also very high this is probably because of this.That's why I want to take full care of my health. I want to eat good food and spend some great time with my family and relatives.
Go on a road trip and spend some quality time with my self, try yoga and other massage session that makes my body relax. Every year start with thr hopes and that's why am full of hopes and try to fullfill it. I hope this year worked as i thought.
