What would you tell them? | 3rd Edition

Greetings, love & respect to all of my steemian friends

I am @saifuddinmahmud from Bangladesh. There is a beautiful and amazing contest organised by @cruzamilcar63. I am going to share my opinion. I hope everyone will like my post.

In each case, I have combined logic, history, emotion and perspective to provide answers that are thought-provoking and open to new discussion. Below I will elaborate on four points in detail and in depth.

Those who believe this is the worst time in history.

In every era, some people have believed they were going through the worst time in history. In today’s world, war, climate change, social divisions, technological anxiety all combine to create a sense of instability. However, if we analyze history, we see that humanity has faced even more terrible crises before. In the Middle Ages, the plague killed billions of people. During World War II, millions lost their lives and cities were destroyed. Slavery challenged the very existence of humanity. Yet people fought back against it. It gave rise to new knowledge and compassion. Today’s times may be bad but they are also times of possibility, connection, and change. Technology, global awareness, and youth leadership can move this time towards a better future.

To leaders and to those who believe themselves to be indispensable.

The thought of being indispensable breeds arrogance in people. No matter how strong or intelligent a person is, society or nation does not depend on a single person. Because if we look at history, we see that no matter how indispensable he may think himself to be, someone else came and did something better in his absence. Therefore, considering oneself indispensable is nothing but foolishness. But it is true that there were some leaders in the world who, out of their sense of responsibility, did things that made the people of the world consider them indispensable. For example, Nelson Mandela, who fought against the system of racism all his life. Che Guevara was the main figure of the Cuban revolution. A true leader knows that leadership is not just about giving orders, but also about making room for the future.

To a person you trust, whose partner has been unfaithful.

A breach of trust is one of the deepest and most personal wounds. Love, family, and all these things are based on trust. When someone betrays that trust, not only the relationship breaks, but also self-esteem and confidence are broken. But this is also true. Infidelity does not mean that no one is a failure. Someone's betrayal never proves that I was not enough. Rather, he cheated himself while trying to fix me. So at this moment, it is necessary to give yourself time, not blame yourself, and move forward slowly.

Those who claim that artificial intelligence (AI) can wipe out humanity.

Such fears are not new. Fear arises in society during any major technological change. When electricity came, people were afraid of getting shorted. But with it, safety systems and ways to use it have also been developed. When the Internet came, it was said that people would be alone. But because of the Internet, people can easily stay connected to each other. AI is now such a revolutionary change. However, AI does not make any decisions itself. It depends on the integrity of humans. It will be used the way humans use it. It is designed to benefit humans. If someone uses it with the intention of harming someone, AI is not responsible for it. AI cannot destroy us because we will decide how to use it.
