Eid Shopping Is Not for Everyone

Eid is a time of joy, new clothes, delicious food, and special moments with family. But can everyone enjoy this happiness equally? The reality is that Eid shopping is not for everyone.

Some people roam the markets before Eid, looking for the perfect outfit, while others stand in front of shops, only to walk away empty-handed. For some, wearing new clothes Eid is a simple pleasure, while for others it remains an unattainable dream.

Parents sacrifice their own needs just to see their children smile, and some people wash and iron their old clothes to make them look new.

If we want, we can stand by each other so that everyone can celebrate Eid well and everyone can celebrate Eid by sharing happiness.

But Eid is not just about shopping. Eid is about love, kindness, and standing by one another. It is our duty to support those who cannoot afford Eid shopping. Sometimes, gifting someone a new outfit could be the best Eid present they receive.

Let Eid be for everyone. Let Eid be about humanity.

If we all want to stand by each other, be aware of each other's desires, so that everyone can live well in society, help each other, pay Zakat Fitra properly, then there will be a poverty-free country inshaAllah.
