Contest: Love for What I Do

Greetings steemians

How are you all beautiful people out there! I am hoping you people will be fine and in good health.
The topic is "Love for what I do" organized by dear @wilmer1988.

When we talk about what do you want when you grow up and what do you love to do is totally different things. When we were kids some people wanted to be a doctor engineer pilot army officer business professional and other profession you can name it.

While when we grow up after completion of our education the scenario is totally changed for everyone. Some people lose the opportunity or their taste of interest changed with time.

If you ask me what you wanted when you were a boy I would say I liked to go to army. I tried but never got selected.
Then I completed my degree in engineering. But I couldn't get the job in my required field.

After so many attempts I then switched my vision and got selected as a teacher in government profession.
Now I am a school teacher. Yes I love what I do.
It gives me a lot of peace inside. I work hard with my students.
When they get highest marks in examination that day I feel so relaxed and happy.

It is very hard to sustain in this job. As many people would say to you you have got that engineering degree and you are just doing a teaching job.
We can't shut their mouth. Let's keep them aside and let's talk about what I do daily in my profession.

As a mathematics teacher I focused on my students to be practical. I start from the basic.
I count the number from the daily life things that images remember in their minds and they easily count each word and number.
I work on their handwriting and reading. When new baby comes to our school we just want to engage him in school activities.

I do not put burden on his or her shoulders. They get friendly with us and wait for my class when they see me all shout that our teacher is coming.
I am against punishment. I give them gift as reward when they performed well on monthly base test.
I organized every month a quiz type test in each class. I also reward the kids whose attendance is more than all in their class.

I told them to learn the tables and sing like it like a song. So during multiplication or division questions they easily can solve it.

I taught from KG class to 4th class. This new session I will teach the class 5th too.
I love my this profession which is pure and people will respect you when you will loyal with your profession.
If we do our job effectively with dedication and honesty these kids will grow up and will give their 100 percent to the country.
