Recipe for the Original Delicious Karah Cake Typical of Aceh. Karah or keukarah is one of the traditional Aceh kahs cakes made from a mixture of flour and coconut milk in the form of a javelin the size of an adult's palm which produces a sweet, crunchy, crunchy and crumbly taste. At first glance, this cake is similar to fibers or bird's nest. Because of its unique shape, this cake is often used as a typical Aceh souvenir.
Necessary materials:
- 250 gr rice flour
- 500 gr sugar
- Right amount of oil
- ½ liter of air

- Coconut shells with lots of holes (karah cake molds)
How to make Delicious Original Karah Cake Typical of Aceh:
- Before the cake, the rice is soaked for 1 night.
- Then wash it until the water is clear, then drain it.
- After that, pound the rice with a mortar until smooth.
- Furthermore, the flour is sieved and dried in the sun to dry.
- Then the flour is filtered, one more time and ready to be processed into a dough.
- The next step, mix the flour and sugar then mix well and add water little by little until the dough is even and thickens.
- Then state the dough into the mold that was provided earlier.
- After being put into the mold, the dough can be fried immediately while turning the karah cake in a circle with a thickness of ½ cm.
- When cooked, remove and drain.
- The Acehnese Delicious Original Karah Cake is ready to be served.
