The Diary Game (18-01-2025) "A Meaningful Day: From Teaching to Enjoying the Sunset"

The house was done and I changed then went in to teach 6th graders. With blue skies This morning and bit s of sunshine had lent themselves to the activity that we were doing today.

Upon arriving at school, I entered the classroom and started the lesson. My students looked full of enthusiasm, enthusiastically listening to the material I had prepared. There was a sense of pride every time I saw them actively participating. After finishing discussing the material, they asked permission to play volleyball in the schoolyard. I allowed it, because sports are also important for building their cooperation and enthusiasm. From the sidelines, I watched with a satisfied smile as they played, encouraged each other, and laughed together. Simple moments like this often remind me why I love this profession.

At 12 noon, my duties at school were finished. Although I felt tired, there was a certain satisfaction. On the way home, I stopped by my favorite coffee shop near the school. There, I ordered a hot black coffee and took a moment to relax. The light hustle and bustle of other customers provided a calming backdrop. Scrolling through my phone and reading some news in the newspaper, I enjoyed this little moment to recharge my batteries.

In the evening, I decided to go to another coffee shop that is famous for its sunset views. This place is a bit far from home, but the atmosphere is always worth it. I ordered my favorite drink and chose to sit in the outdoor area. The cool afternoon breeze and the orange sky slowly turning dark created a peace that is hard to describe. I let myself get lost in this beauty, feeling grateful for everything I experienced today.

That evening, I had dinner at home before going out for a while to meet a friend at a simple coffee shop near my house. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. We chatted casually about today's experiences and discussed future plans. The light but meaningful conversation made the evening feel special.
