这两天降温,温度直接只有一度了。上个周末星期六星期天,也就是两天前武汉的温度最高温度还有26度的,这应足以见得武汉的气温是满30减20都不止了。
所以在星期六星期天温度挺高的时候,我就在户外跑了跑步。连续两天夜跑,第一天是跑了5公里,第二天是跑了6公里。
因为一个冬天接近两个月都运动的很少,所以这突然连着跑两次,感觉体力确实比去年下降了很多,也没有以前感觉轻松了,整个身体都觉得很沉重。不过这也不是什么大事,我觉得只要我坚持运动频率,等后面温度升高了,适应一两周,我的体能应该在半个月之内就能回来。
跑完之后,星期一就开始降温了,本来星期六星期天还是穿的一件单衣的,星期一就直接又开始上秋衣秋裤毛衣和羽绒服了。
在武汉生活,如果不时时关注天气,真的很容易生病感冒的。
不过作为一个武汉人,对这种天气剧烈变化我已经习惯了。

It's been getting colder these two days, and the temperature has dropped to just one degree. Last weekend, on Saturday and Sunday, which was just two days ago, the highest temperature in Wuhan was still 26 degrees Celsius. This clearly shows that the temperature in Wuhan can drop by more than 20 degrees when it reaches around 30 degrees.
So, when the temperature was quite high on Saturday and Sunday, I went for a run outdoors. I went for night runs for two consecutive days. On the first day, I ran 5 kilometers, and on the second day, I ran 6 kilometers.
Due to having done very little exercise for nearly two months during the winter, after suddenly running for two consecutive days, I felt that my physical strength has indeed decreased a lot compared to last year. It wasn't as easy as before, and my whole body felt really heavy. But it's not a big deal. I think as long as I maintain my exercise routine, and when the temperature rises later and I get used to it for a week or two, my physical fitness should be restored within half a month.
After the runs, it started to get colder on Monday. I was still wearing just a single-layer shirt on Saturday and Sunday, but on Monday, I had to put on long johns, a sweater, and a down jacket again.
Living in Wuhan, if you don't keep an eye on the weather all the time, it's really easy to get sick and catch a cold.
However, as a native of Wuhan, I've already gotten used to such drastic changes in the weather.
