My Journey From Yaounde capital city to Bamenda11hours .

Hello fellow steemians accept warm greetings from this end of globe .How are we waxing in our various I hope we all are doing well .Today is another day for me to continue my travel journey from the Capital city to my final destination Bamenda .I made mentioned in my previous diary my journey from Adamaoua region to Yaounde .

Today,early in the morning 6:00am I was up from bed .We travelled from Adamaoua region and arrived Yaounde on the 21/03/2025 at 2:00am.Afterhaving experiencing 22hours journey by bus,we arrived the agency very tired .Our journey had to continue to from Yaounde to Bamenda .We decided to spent some time at Touristique agency hotel to freshened and sleep for some time before we can continue the journey.

My colleague and whom we are traveling together had a rest at the hotel for about 4hours .Early in the morning places were already clear at 6:00am,we were up freshened up .We struggled to look for a car to carry our luggages to Mogahmo park.

Later,we had a car to carry our us and lodges to from Touristique agancy to another agencyMohgamo . Where we can pay our tickets to travel early morning hours to Bamenda .My colleague and I were lucky to pay our tickets.We really wanted confort but unfortunate for us confort bus was not travelling in the morning but classique .We had no choice than to pay in order to travel this early morning hours.

After, paying our tickets,It was indicated in the ticket the bus will kickoff at 8:00am. My colleague and I sat at the agency waiting for the bus to kick off soon .The funniest thing is that most of these agency don’t respect time .Compared to agencies in the Northern region of Cameroon.

Also,one thing I noticed is that most agencies in the Capital city Yaounde .Don’t have good equality services at times their buses are not good compared to what client pay.Their confort bus here is a bus most agencies in the northern part of Cameroon consider to be classique .

I think these agencies need to work toward costumer service satisfaction and not only bend on collecting money .My colleague and I had to look for something and eat before the bus kickoff .I went to nearest Bulangerie and bought cake and yogurt.I hate to eat cook food when traveling.

The time given the bus will kickoff from Yaounde changed and we had to delayed for about 1hour .Before our bus could kickoff for Bamenda .On our way I was so angry because the bus driver was taking passengers and along the road .

This made us to really delay than the normal bus are expected to arrived our destination .I understood well the bus was not full when it kickoff from the agency but drivers are not supposed to.To take passengers along way but since, they are greedy and many minded .They prefer to do that because the money will belong to them and not to the agency .

All these nonsense taking passengers along the way made us to arrived Bamenda very late at 8:00pm. My husband had to called one of his bike rider and pay him very high to take me from the agency .

Bamenda town very inscured moving at night couple with the Anglophone crisis present in the region now. I was happy I entered my house safely without no problem. I arrived home very tired and had to freshened up and sleep to have enough rest for long hours journey . That how my day ended ,I thank God for mercies journey🙏🙏🙏.
