Hello Steemian friend, how are you? I hope you are doing very well. I am also doing very well with your prayers, today I have come up with a new post. I am going to review my new post today. The name of the new post is that in our new season, jackfruit has started to bear fruit on the trees. So today I am going to give you an idea about jackfruit. So without further delay, let's start.

Our jackfruit has been officially designated as the national fruit of Bangladesh. Raw jackfruit is eaten as a vegetable and ripe jackfruit is sweet and yellow in color. In our country, jackfruit is of one type and color, which is yellow in color and delicious. Then the seeds of jackfruit are used as vegetables as food. Jackfruit trees are also used in making furniture. The wood of the jackfruit tree is very full and rich, so the wood of the jackfruit tree is very much in demand in our country. Jackfruit is commonly used in South and Southeast Asian cuisine. Both ripe and unripe fruits are eaten. In our country, jackfruit is also the national fruit of Sri Lanka in Bangladesh and the state fruit of Kerala and Tamil Nadu in India. Jackfruit trees are seen everywhere in Bangladesh. After jackfruit, it is a common and seasonal summer fruit in our country.

specially the leaves of the jackfruit tree are eaten by several animals as their food. Animals such as cows, goats, etc. eat these leaves raw. The outer part of this relatively large fruit is thick and thorny, while in the middle there is a stem surrounded by numerous juicy pits or cells. The large seeds of the jackfruit are located inside the pit. Jackfruit is a nutritious fruit, this fruit contains various types of nutrients including thiamine, calcium, potassium, iron, sodium, zinc, etc. Jackfruit is a fruit that is very beneficial for the human body because it contains a lot of sugar and vitamins, so it is very important to eat this fruit if the digestive power is high. You can think that if you can digest jackfruit, it will help you to manage your body properly.

I have mentioned some of the benefits below:

★ Jackfruit is an excellent source of potassium. The potassium content of 100 grams of jackfruit is 303 mg.

★ The fat content of jackfruit is very low. There is less risk of weight gain due to eating this fruit.

★ Jackfruit contains a lot of vitamin A, which prevents night blindness.

★ For those who have potassium, jackfruit helps reduce high blood pressure.

★ One of the benefits of jackfruit is vitamin C. Vitamin C is not naturally produced in the human body, but vitamin C strengthens the gums in addition to increasing immunity.

★ Jackfruit contains powerful antioxidants that protect our body from harmful substances. It protects us from cold and cough infections.

★ Existing jackfruit is able to prevent ulcers, cancer, high blood pressure, and.

★ Jackfruit relieves indigestion. Jackfruit is quite effective in reducing tension and nervousness.

According to medical science, eating 200 grams of fresh ripe jackfruit every day removes all types of nutritional deficiencies in pregnant women and their unborn children. Eating jackfruit keeps health in a normal state. Jackfruit roots are effective in solving skin disease problems. Jackfruit roots cure fever and diarrhea.

Jackfruit contains a large amount of minerals. Manganese which helps in controlling the amount of sugar in the blood. Magnesium present in jackfruit plays a role in strengthening bone structure like calcium. Jackfruit contains vitamin B6 which reduces the risk of heart disease.

The calcium present in jackfruit is not only beneficial for the heart, but also plays a role in solving the blood clotting process. In our country, young jackfruit is cooked as a curry. In many cultures, jackfruit is boiled and used as a staple food in stark dishes. Boiled young jackfruit is used in salads or as a spicy curry.

So I eat jackfruit almost every day during jackfruit season. Especially since we have several jackfruit trees at our house, they are very delicious and sweet. Finally, we collect jackfruit from the market and sell it as a market product for several days.
