Assalamu Alaikum dear, Greetings to all from my motherland Bangladesh and a warm welcome to my blog for another session on the topic of my daily lifestyle content.

I hope you are all well. A few days ago I went to visit different places in my Tangail city. There are some places to visit that remain in our memories. Our Tangail city is a very peaceful city but there are very few places to visit there.

I left my house and went straight to the Tangail District Gate, which has created a lot of history since ancient times. Our people of Tangail always pass through this gate and have to enter the main city through it. This gate is as beautiful as its history is. This is the only gate to enter the heart of Tangail city. Next to it is the court building, the District Court.

Then I walked from there to visit the nearby Tangail Model Mosque. It is a modern, beautiful and multifunctional mosque which is not only a place for prayers but also a unique center for Islamic education, social service and awareness.

Upon entering the mosque, the well-decorated architecture and tidy environment are immediately noticeable. The green trees around, the clean walkways and the calm and serene atmosphere immediately win the mind. Upon entering the mosque, the air-conditioned prayer room, the large congregational arrangement and the charming chandeliers catch the eye. Every moment of prayer becomes more touching in this environment.

There are separate and well-organized ablution and prayer areas for men and women. There is also an Islamic library, training rooms, a separate consultation center for burial arrangements, and a conference hall, which makes this model mosque different from ordinary mosques.

The Tangail Model Mosque is a unique example of combining religious values and social service in our modern society. I feel proud that such an initiative has been taken in our country that will help the next generation realize the beauty of Islam and the importance of human service.

After visiting the mosque, I rented an auto rickshaw and explored the city of Tangail. As I walked along the city streets, I saw a mixed picture of old and new buildings. With shops, food carts, people bustling around, and hawkers shouting on both sides of the street, I saw a lively face of the city.

In some places, there were small markets, in others, there were large shopping centers. The entire city was full of the local dialect, laughter, and vitality. It was a long time since I visited Tangail city, so it was great to see some new structures. I did not forget to video this scene in the afternoon.

City life is very strange, people are always busy with their careers. There are some people who are busy looking for careers, there are people who get impatient while working in careers. Such scenes come to our attention and we capture them.

After visiting the city, I went to Ashekpur bypass area. There is an iron bridge there on which I spend some time standing. The view of the vehicles moving below, the light breeze and the open environment around me takes me into a different feeling.

With my mobile camera in hand, I capture a few moments. The movement of trucks, buses, private cars, CNG and long-distance cars running on the bridge is like a reflection of life. It was wonderful to see such a scene from above.

After this beautiful scene, I rode my bike for a long time. Wearing a helmet and taking full precautions, I rode through the city and along the bypass road. The speed of the bike, the touch of the wind and the silence of the road combined to give me a new taste of freedom. My cousin was videotaping the entire ride from behind to capture it in the memory. After watching the video, I felt like I was the hero of a small movie in the story of my own life.

After a long bike ride, I stopped at The Tangail Model Filling Station. From a distance, it looked like a film set, clean, beautifully decorated and a wonderful place built with a touch of modernity. As soon as I stood in front of the filling station, I was struck by the bright digital board, where the prices of diesel, octane, petrol were displayed.

But as you get closer, you can see the sadness hidden within this beauty. The black burn marks on the back, some charred wood, melted tin, and a half-burnt piece of plastic pipe lying next to it all suggest that there had been a small fire here a few days ago. Although not completely destroyed, the filling station is now practically abandoned. It's as if time has suddenly stopped, as if no one will ever return.

I stood there for a long time, looking with some emotion at how quiet and lonely this once bustling place is today. Maybe someone used to work night shifts here, someone would fill up with oil with a smile, and someone would quickly rush to their destination on their bike with oil. But now only the wind blows here and the cracks in the walls are witnesses to a lost day. Currently, there is no specific activity here except for videography and photography.

This filling station was burned down during the terrible political situation in Bangladesh last year. Yet, in a strange way, the place is now like a set for a story, a thriller, a love story, or a lonely late afternoon. This aesthetic beauty has created a strange attraction.

That is why now, cameras, tripods, cranes, and some busy people come here occasionally. Some have scripts in their hands, some have cameras on their shoulders. Some may keep saying, Take this angle, the light is right. Some curious passersby gather around. Some whisper This place is perfect for a movie. Very close to the city, yet somehow deserted, abandoned, yet alive. And that is now the new identity of The Tangail Model Filling Station. This once busy station has now become a story in itself.

This abandoned station has become a cinematic spot. I myself became a character in that movie. Wearing a black helmet, I stood alone next to the burnt cement. The burnt shadow behind me, the deserted surroundings and the canopy over my head all combined to make the moment seem unreal, like a scene from a movie. I took a few photos with my mobile camera.

In the photos, I can't see my eyes, nor my face, only the posture of my body and the silent beauty of the place say that there is some deep meaning hidden. But I liked the place to see such cinematic scenes. Maybe one day this place will come alive again and the filling station on the highway will be operational. Then it will be more convenient for all the people who load fuel for vehicles from far and wide.

I don't have time, I have to go back to my next destination, so I started riding my bike. I was riding my bike along the wide road of Dhaka-Tangail Highway. The golden light of the late afternoon was spreading all around, the reddish shadows in the sky, the soft touch of the sun and the light breeze made everything seem like a dream.

I was riding the bike very carefully, wearing a black helmet and neat gear. The hustle and bustle of the city had fallen far behind and I was walking alone towards a private moment in time. Trees, shops, bus stops and rural scenes were running along the road, everything was waving goodbye silently. My cousin from behind recorded the scene.

Every moment of this journey has become a priceless chapter of life. Starting from the model mosque in Tangail, traveling on the busy streets of the city, standing on the iron bridge of Ashekpur bypass, the still images of vehicles standing on the model filling station in Tangail, some time at the model filling station and the late afternoon highway ride, all give rise to a new understanding. These scenes, feelings and small experiences will remain indelible in the pages of my memory forever. These places, moments and feelings will give a strange peace and speed not only to me, but also to whoever reads these stories. The harmonious combination of time, place and life has made this journey more profound and memorable for me. Below are some travel clips I am sharing with you.
