The Diary Game, A night full of blessings

Nighttime is always a quiet time for me, this is the right time to calm my heart and get closer to Allah SWT. One of my night routines that I am always grateful for is attending the evening pengajian at my village pengajian hall. Although simple, activities like this bring extraordinary peace to my heart.

Every time the night of the religious study arrives, I take the time to be with other residents. We sit together listening to the sermons delivered by our teacher or local religious figures. The material delivered is varied, ranging from manners in daily life, and the importance of sincerity to reminders about the purpose of our lives in this world. Every sentence delivered by our teacher seems to strengthen our faith and soothe our hearts after being busy with worldly affairs all day.

What I felt during this pengajian was not just a routine activity, but also a reminder that life must be balanced between the world and the hereafter. My presence at the pengajian hall tonight was not only to increase religious knowledge, but also as a form of togetherness and friendship with fellow villagers.

After the study, we usually chat for a while, greet each other and exchange light stories. Although simple, this kind of interaction fosters a close sense of family among us all. I go home with a calmer heart, feeling closer to the creator. This routine may seem ordinary to others, but for me a night filled with study is a night full of blessings. Hopefully this small step will be part of the goodness that continues to flow.
