Tonight after completing the tarawih prayer, I and several young people in the village worked together to make a decorative box for the takbiran car that will be used on the night of Eid. The atmosphere around our workplace was full of enthusiasm, even though we were tired after fasting and praying tarawih all day, we all tried to finish this job with full enthusiasm and spirit.

We all started by assembling the main frame of the box that would be the base of the decoration. Some young men were busy measuring and cutting materials, while others assembled the parts according to the design we had planned. The sound of work tools such as hammers, drills and hand saws could be heard in unison, adding to the dynamic work atmosphere.

Mutual cooperation with youth at night

Although we have tried to work as best as possible, it turns out that the work on this box is not ready at all. There are still many parts that need to be completed including the details of the decoration and lighting that will beautify the takbiran car on the night of Eid. We all realize that this work cannot be completed in one night so we decided to continue it tomorrow night after tarawih with the Youth.

Before I went home, we all sat down for a while to chat and evaluate what still needed to be done. There was a feeling of tiredness but also pride because we could participate in preparing the takbiran event that we had been waiting for. For me, this was not just making decorations but also part of maintaining tradition and strengthening brotherhood between the youth in my hometown.

After everything was over, we parted ways with a promise to go to Bali tomorrow with even greater enthusiasm. Tonight is the beginning of something that will bring happiness to many people on the night of takbiran. This motorbike is not only about hard work but also about togetherness, cooperation and enthusiasm to celebrate the holiday with full meaning and full happiness together.
