Friday is a special and blessed day, especially for Muslims. This moment becomes more meaningful when filled with positive activities that involve togetherness and concern for the environment. On this blessed Friday, we together with the residents of Gampong Blang and Kapolsek Syamtalira Aron carried out mutual cooperation activities in the yard of the Babusaalam mosque.

The main objective of this activity is to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the mosque environment, especially around the yard and garden of the mosque which is a gathering place for residents every Friday and during prayer times. The activity began in the morning by bringing cleaning equipment such as brooms, hoes, machetes and garbage sacks. Residents came with enthusiasm, from parents to teenagers took part in this cleaning action.

The presence of the Syamtalira Aron Police Chief along with several of his members increased our enthusiasm. He not only came as an honored guest, but also directly participated in cleaning the grass, tidying up the area and greeting residents in a friendly manner. Moments of togetherness like this create a warm atmosphere between the police and the community. This is also an event to strengthen the synergy between state institutions and residents in building a clean, safe and comfortable environment.

During the activity, the solidarity and spirit of mutual cooperation that has become the noble culture of the village community was seen. Everyone worked selflessly for the common good. Piles of garbage and dry leaves that previously disturbed the view are now clean. The land around the mosque that initially looked unkempt now looks neater and more organized.

Blessed Friday

We ended our activities with a joint prayer and a few welcoming remarks from the mosque and the Police Chief. He expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm of the residents and hoped that activities like this could continue routinely.

This Friday really felt full of blessings. Not only cleaning the environment, we also cleaned our hearts by sharing and working together. Hopefully this activity will be a good example for other villages, that togetherness and caring are the keys to progress and peace.
