TS Contest| My Unplanned journey
Greetings everyone, I am much happy to share how my unplanned journey went. Before now, I disliked anything far trips because of the news of insecurity and accidents occuring. I feel so afraid so go on long journeys because of the stated reasons, I decline jobs that are far from home because it was so unsafe for me to travel that far.
Traveling is very beneficial to human mostly by introducing us to new things, life, happenings and lifestyle. The fear of the happenings couldn't let me travel out that far. Unplanned journey can be very risky because going on a journey needs a good plan especially long travels.
Have you ever gone on a journey that wasn't planned and came really urgent? If yes, tell us about the scenario. If not, do you ever wish to attend such a journey?
Being a photographer needs one that love travelling too but due to the risk of going far I decline jobs outside my states and local government. Before last month I had to follow up on a journey, I wasn't that cool with it because I had so many fears running through my mind that very moment. On a Saturday morning while I was doing my chores, my favourite client called me begging to follow them up to eket for picnic session. I didn't agree at first tho because water too is a no go area for me. Aside that going to beach area was part of my plan tho, I accepted the job and moved out with them. The journey was too far for me that I felt sick abit but had to force myself to the venue, on reaching there the waves from the water area got me more sick. I was actually shaking while taking shots there.
Tell us your overall experience during the trip
Seeing is actually believing, I took alot of pictures there to cover up my experience over there. While in the bus we had so many armed forces by the road doing their work, most checkpoint wasn't that cumbersome to pass through tho. My experience was actually lovely because my plans for travel was made easy also noticed that it's hard to take clear pictures around the water area. I had more good experiences with no bad experience.
It all started so simple when I was called by my closest clients to move to the beach, I couldn't say no to it because going to the beach will be my greatest adventure for now. I buckled up, told my parent about it while moving to the park. The journey was actually a long because we used public transport down there.
Do you intend to ever go for any unplanned journey again
Nope for now because to me I felt nervous though traveling down there, I just need that boost and confidence kind of preparation going to such trip again. Also preparation matters in almost everything we do so I'll need to put myself in order before embarking on long journeys. Unplanned journeys should be around my town for now so I can cope with the phobia around it.
Is it important to actually prepare before going on a journey
Preparation before any journey is beneficial because being stranded while traveling hurts more. I will always advice anyone travelling to prepare incase of unforeseen circumstances like high transportation, getting to know about the area you're traveling to. There's a state here in my country that you can't travel to especially on Mondays so it's advisable to prepare and also get to know about a particular place before traveling.
