Today, I will show you how to fix the electronic horn of a bicycle. An operator of my office comes to the office on a bicycle. Suddenly, the electronic horn of his bicycle broke. The horn was brought to me after I came to the office. I would like to know the problem of electronic horn first. I first opened the electronic horn with a tester. It was attached with four small screws. Then, I see an electronic circuit board inside the horn. I first look at the components in the electronic circuit. The diodes, capacitors or other components on the electronic circuit board were not damaged. Then I press the electronic switch. Then the horn sometimes sounds, and sometimes it doesn't. Then I found some fault.

First, open the circuit board of the electronic horn

Then, I clean each component of the circuit board with an electronic contact cleaner, and I am sure the circuit board is good. Then, I thoroughly clean each circuit board component with contact cleaner. At first, I thought the electronic switch was faulty, but sometimes, the horn sounds when the electronic switch is pressed. I sometimes take a good look at the entire circuit board.

Then, take out the fault of the electronic horn step by step

Then, I found the main fault of the electronic horn. Suddenly, I got a fault in the cable coming out of the circuit switch. The cable has thin wires cut inside. Sometimes, the horn sounds when the cable is connected, and the horn does not sound when disconnected. I cut the bad part of the cable. Then, I connected a new little cable to the circuit. Then, the electronic horn started working properly. My office operator is very happy that the bicycle horn is fixed.
