🎲 Did you play any traditional games as a child? What was it and how was it played?

I really played a lot of games when I was a child. Children have a good time and memories while playing with their friends. Children see playing as a way of expressing themself and adapting to the kind of environments in which they find themselves. The two main games that I loved to play when I was a kid were the "Game Ball Start and then Mopo." The game matched my kind of personality of being Social and friendly. The game ball start was a game where there were at least five to nine people on one court; it is a mixed game, i.e. played regardless of sex ( male or female). We usually make our ball from Old socks, fitting it into the good socks, and tying it. We usually make a box which is about 9m long. The box is mainly rectangular in size, consisting of several rules governing the smooth playing of the game.

After the Two teams' captains have selected the individuals they require in their teams, the game begins with the first team being in a rectangular box and two team members of their opposition standing at the edges of the box throwing the ball at them. If their opposition throws the ball and it hits one of the first team members the person leaves the box which means that you are to do your best to prevent the ball from hitting you to make sure that you are the only one left in the court to help your team earn a point in the battle tournament. The game usually continues till only one member of the team is left.

This is the very point when the countdown to ten begins, leaving one member of the team who is in the box to decide the winners of the tournament. During the countdown, if the surviving member of the team reaches the 5th count, he can tap in a teammate who has already been touched with the ball to continue dodging from the 6th count till the 10th count. But if he is hit with the ball during the 1st to the 5th count, they will not be tapping in for the team captain, who is the best among others in the team; at this point, the other team (second team) will enter the box to earn a point for themselves.

But in the case where the team captain reaches the 10th countdown without getting hit with the ball, their team earns their first point. After the 10th countdown, when they have earned their first point, the team members can now enter the box till the third round reaches; the team who wins in two rounds wins the tournament completely.

Rules and regulations in Game Ball Start.

There are a few rules in this game and they are;

• If your leg touches the line of the box you will automatically leave the box.

• There must be a count down to ten which helps to decide which team won the tournament.

• If your opponent hits you with the ball you leave the box without argument or hesitation.

• There cannot be more than two teams in the Game Ball Start tournament.

• You are not allowed to enter the box if the ball has hit you or you mistakenly left the box in the process of dodging the ball.

• The teammate in the box during the countdown can decide to dodge the ball till the 10th countdown if he wishes.

• You are permitted to tap in your team captain at the 5th count-down

The "mopo" is a simple and easy game that I enjoyed playing as a kid because of its ability to make everyone laugh and enjoy the game. In this game, kids use a stick, which is average in size, to help them take the container 🧂👈 something like an empty beverage like Coke or Fanta used container. The game begins with everyone tapping the container on their hand and sometimes the back of their hand which is painful while tapping with the back of your hands. The individual who taps the container the lowest gets to throw the ball at the rest, but in a case where the lowest number was obtained by two or three individuals, they will be what is called an examination.

The examination starts with the individuals who obtained the same figure tapping the container on their hands again to find out who will have the lowest figure it will continue if the same thing that happened in the first taps continues till the individual with the lowest figure is out and ready to throw the container at the rest.

After the tapping is done to decide who will throw the container, the game begins and everyone starts using the sticks as a shield to prevent the container from toughing them, if eventually, the container touches someone else, the previous person throwing the container is relief of the stress of running around to pick up the ball and throw it at them, this continues till everyone rights stop on the ground to indicate that they are no longer playing again, so anyone who is left with to throw the container is automatically the lower of the game, it is fun to see someone running to get the container and sometimes fall before saying stop so that everyone on will remain in their position like a statue.

The board game which I was really in love with till this day is the ludo. This game is very good at improving our mental reasoning, enabling us to be faster in adding numbers and subtracting as well. I was good at this game, I guess that I was good because my dad is good at playing this game. The ludo game is popular among the Indian people. Its name was Pachisi before it was called Ludo. The people of India have the highest amount of ludo players in the world, with about 79% of people in the country knowing how to play it perfectly.

The ludo game consists of dice 🎲 and pawns that are moved in a clockwise direction around the board while playing, where a pawn is removed to reach its home space by obtaining the number six with any other number after rolling the dice. The game can be played by 2 - 4 players. For a person to win, the pawns are expected to reach their home spaces or kill opponents' pawns to obtain the highest points.

This helped me to become familiar with the summing of smaller numbers in an easy manner. The ludo ends when all players have reached their home spaces or killed other pawns, leaving one player as the loser. I am an expert in this game, and when I say I will join the game if there are only two or three players, they respond with no because I am going to win.

🎲 Is It normal to have games on your phone. Do you have any? What are they about?

I had a lot of games on my phone but I had to delete them to focus on my studies and blog properly. But recently, I have corrected some games on my device; I also had a Ludo game, but I got tired because I always had to win and not lose; I usually beat openings online, hands down, including the computer. It is very normal to have games on your smartphone because they serve as a way of getting excited and reducing anxiety and depression. The games we have on our smartphones how to keep us company when we are less busy. Most individuals prefer to play games on their smartphones, most especially online games.

Right now I have only two active games on my smartphone. These games are Sniper 3D and Dream League soccer. I like these games a lot because they keep me company when I am less busy. The Sniper 3D is a game where you work as a soldier or federal agent who is assigned to make sure that the innocent are safe from terrorists and local hoodlums. The game consists of several levels where you may have to kill terrorists and kill individuals who are suicide bombers or hostages from getting hit by terrorists. The game makes me feel like a federal agent like the (CIA), helping the government tackle criminal activities in society.

There was a time when I had a mission to protect a hostage from getting hit by a terrorist. In this mission, I had to make sure that I did not shoot the first stage but rather the terrorist; this mission contained the terrorist holding a gun to the head of the hostage, and I had to kill a terrorist before the terrorist took the life of the innocent lady who was the hostage. At my first trial, I shot both the terrorist and the hostage, resulting in a failed mission; I tried this about four times before I got it right by shooting the terrorist the fifth time. It was at that point I realized that the law enforcement agencies were doing a great job protecting the public from dangerous individuals.

The Sniper 3D is a game that helps individuals understand the importance of peace, security, and tranquility, also recognizing that the federal agents are performing their best to keep everyone safe and provide stability in society, helping individuals to have the mindset of aiding the federal agents in performing their duty effectively.

The last game that I have on my phone that I prefer the most is Dream League soccer. In this game, you are privileged to own your dream team, selecting players that you find resilient and powerful for your team to rise to the top of the league table. This game helped me to understand and create planning to equip my team with goal scorers and defenders, preventing opponents from conceding and making my team stronger to score goals against opponents. This game can help kids to understand that it is only by teamwork that success can be achieved as far as an organization is concerned. The football team is like an organization that has 11 players consisting of a goalkeeper.

It is only by passing and creating team spirit that players can achieve their goal of scoring and how many champions they will remember in the history of football. Why playing this game I understand that players are doing their best to score goals, I am good at this game although I still miss goals, no one is a God in the game of football, everyone is human which is why football fans are to understand that everyone can make mistake while trying to do what is right like scoring goals and making a defense to prevent opponents from conceding goals. The games Sniper 3D and Dream League Soccer are inspirational and educative, helping us think and act like the humans that we are.

The game which I am sure of that I am not good at is chess. Should I say that I have not played the game before and, I wish to play the game in the future? I usually call myself a gamer because once I have the opportunity to play a game for the first time, I am sure that I will understand and play it better the next time. All I know about the game is that there is a queen and a king, I think that the King and the queen have superior power in playing the game. I have heard a lot of people say that they like the game chess, claiming that it is a fun game. I hope that when I play it, I will realize it is fun, too.

The most popular game in my country is the Naija Whot and the Naija Ludo." The Naija and Naija ludo are both online and offline games that are popularly played in the whole of West Africa, mainly Nigeria. Nigerians series Game as a game which they can play to relieve themselves of their worries, helping them calm their pressure. I cannot see for sure which of them is the most played, but based on where I live, the most played is the Naija whot. The card game is played with several shapes such as circles, squares, triangles, Cross, and Stars, and the whole itself, which has the number 20.

This game can be played within the range of 2 to 5 players. It is played by matching shapes by the shapes and numbers by the numbers till someone uses the word 20 checkup. The Naija ludo is played the way ludo is played around the whole world.

¿Jugaban a algún juego tradicional de niño? ¿Qué era y cómo se jugaba?

Jugué muchísimo de niño. Los niños se divierten y crean recuerdos jugando con sus amigos. Para ellos, el juego es una forma de expresarse y adaptarse al entorno en el que se encuentran. Los dos juegos principales que me encantaban de niño eran "Juego de Pelota y luego Mopo". El juego encajaba con mi personalidad sociable y amigable. El inicio del juego con balón era un juego en el que había al menos de cinco a nueve personas en una cancha; era un juego mixto, es decir, se jugaba sin distinción de sexo (masculino o femenino). Solíamos fabricar el balón con calcetines viejos, colocándolo en los calcetines buenos y atándolo. Solíamos construir una caja de unos 9 m de largo. La caja es principalmente rectangular y consta de varias reglas que rigen el juego.

Después de que los capitanes de los dos equipos hayan seleccionado a los jugadores que necesitan para sus equipos, el juego comienza con el primer equipo en una caja rectangular y dos jugadores del equipo contrario, de pie en los bordes de la caja, lanzando el balón hacia ellos. Todos usan los palos como escudo para evitar que el recipiente los golpee. Si el recipiente toca a alguien, la persona que lo lanzó antes se libera del estrés de correr a recoger la pelota y lanzársela. Esto continúa hasta que todos se detienen en el suelo para indicar que ya no juegan. Así, quien quede con la posibilidad de lanzar el recipiente pierde automáticamente la posición. Es divertido ver a alguien correr a buscar el recipiente y, a veces, caerse antes de decir basta, para que todos permanezcan en su posición como estatuas.

El juego de mesa que me encantaba hasta el día de hoy era el parchís. Este juego es muy bueno para mejorar nuestro razonamiento mental, permitiéndonos sumar y restar números con mayor rapidez. Era bueno en este juego, supongo que porque mi padre también lo es. El parchís es popular entre los indios. Antes de llamarse Ludo, se llamaba Pachisi.
