Hello Everyone

I will share my observations in my Steem women's club community, where I am the weekly manager. Our community's active count has dropped from Steemit Engagament contests and event. Currently, women from some countries do not share. You can support us by sharing an active article.

Although the total number of activities on Steemit has decreased, we will continue to be here and help the system work. We must understand the rules of the system and perform the tasks, both for our own development and for helping the curators.

Invite Your Inactive Friends

As the women's community, we look forward to your support. Also, due to the scarcity of Turkish women, we cannot find an article to choose good quality. Therefore, active and high-quality writing means that you are selected for quality. By inviting your friends to be active, you will contribute to the continuation of the support.

04-08 posts with votes from curators are not selected with good quality. If you get votes after being selected, let us know and we will replace it with your different post.

Small Community Reminders;

• Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

•You must have your own sentences.

• Use copyright free images.

• Be sure to specify the source link of the images.

• Your article will exceed 200 words.

• It is important to have at least 2 active posts per week.

• You should never authorize bot accounts in your account. Bot users cannot be selected with quality. (upvo, nutbox, bot...)

• A minimum of 30 sp delegations to the Steem women's club community are required.(will be checked)

•You must participate in competitions or events.

• Those who complete the Success 1 task prepared for Steemit in the New Arrivals Community and the posts that introduce themselves in the women's club will be selected with high quality.
Steem will have received the 'Verified ✓' badge in the women's club community.

• You must make SP the votes you get from Booming.

Important notes for writing quality posts

• Prepare a post on any topic.

• Write your own sentences.

• Use copyright free images. You should definitely leave the links with the [source] (link) code under the pictures you have taken from the internet. Your posts may not be upvoted.

• Pay attention to careful writing. Do not tag curators.

• Your article must exceed 200 words

• It is our preference to use your own images.

• Contest posts play a big role in selecting quality posts.

• Be active in the community.

• Note that votes are not final, except for quality selected posts.

How do you check your club statuses?

First of all, it's good to say that you care about the #club75 and club100 tags of the curators.

The first rule of all communities when choosing quality is to be suitable for #club5050.

• #club5050 You must make at least half of your cash out or transfers SP in a month.

eg; I made 50 steem cash out between 4 may- 4 june and you have to make 50 SP.

•Club75 you have to spend 3 times the amount of your cash out and transfers in the last two months.

4apr -4 june If you have 50 steem cash out, you should make 150 SP.

• club100 must not have cash out or transfer in the last 3 months.

Earn STEEM with Delegation!

You can reduce and increase the amount of delegation you make to the community. You wouldn't give us these sp amounts. You can cancel at any time. In fact, it is beneficial for both society and you. You have nothing to lose. In short, it's about helping to strengthen the community and increase voting power by fully transferring some of your SP without giving it away. If you wish, you can transfer for a certain period of time. We use your power to give you the opportunity to vote high. This authorization process will not harm you. On the contrary, you are adding to the power of another with your delegations. You can stop this process at any time. You will authorize once and you will receive regular steem rewards every month/week.

We haven't updated the rewards for about a year as our SP amount has increased a lot. because these reward amounts were high. but we gave out too many prizes to do sp. I've updated the rewards based on the curator award and our sp amount.

100% 77.500 = 0.0012
0.0012 * 30 (curator reward) = 0.036 Weekly reward amount
0.036 * 4 = 0.14 steem Monthly reward amount

Club durumlarınızı nasıl kontrol edersiniz ?

ilk olarak kuratörlerin club75 ve club100 etiketine önem verdiğinizi söylemekte fayda var.

tüm toplulukların kaliteli seçerken ilk kuralı #club5050 ye uygun olmanızdır.

• #club5050 bir ay içinde nakit çıkış veya transferlerinizin en az yarısı kadar SP yapmalısınız.

Örn; 9 ocak-9 şubat arası 50 steem nakit çıkış yaptım ve 50 SP yapmak zorundasın.

•club75 son iki ay nakit çıkış ve tranferleriniz miktarının 3 katı kadar sp yapmalısınız.

9aralık-9şubat 50 steem nakit çıkış sağladıysan 150 SP yapmalısın.

• club100 son 3 ay nakit çıkış veya transfer olmaması gerekir.
