Hello good evening to all the beautiful ladies here,it is my pleasure to extend a warm greetings to all of you trust you are doing well, my family and I are doing just fine,only that the rain was falling since morning here.i am so delighted to hear from you again
Today I want to share with you how I made my beautiful dress for a wedding occasion last Saturday,it was really nice.
The fabric is velvetlike material with a multiple colors sequence.(sample lace)I bought it in a shop where they sell both laces and sewing materials.

Procedure
Step 1
Fold my poly material into two and measure from my waist to my full length, measured hip and knee respectively,after which I place the front pattern to have the back measurement, and use the pattern to cut the main fabric.

I cut my half length which was 17inchs,that was counted out when I cut the down part.
To get the half cutting,I fold and cut the fabric into two again and divided the measurements by4 except the shoulder which Is divided into two.then I cut the bust part with princes cut,then stay the whole part with tissue gum to hold the fabric and the poly together for easy stiching.



That's my half length, front and back respectively.

Step 3
I place the already joined fabric and balance it with accurate measurement and trimmed off the excess allowance out,then join the half-length to the down part and do the same in front and fix the zip at the back,then cut the net about 18inchs and place it in front to achieve my front style,then I prepared my collar because it was a collar neck dress, using gum stay to cut a round shape, to get the neck measurement I use 18inchs.

I now cut my velvet 20inch and made gathers at the edge and place it from my waist to my hip then fixed the hand and close both sides.and my dress is ready to be worn.
