Steem Women Club Community: Chain Of Goodness Event || Handover of 300 Books to Lamkleng Aceh Besar Village
The FAMe Community is the Aceh Writing Forum. Organized the activity of handing over book donations to children in the village of Lamkleng Aceh Besar of around 300 books. As the Aceh FAMe administrator, I also participated in accompanying the delivery of the book which was guided by Novia Zurrahmi, the Head of the FAMe Education Division in Aceh Besar district, she is also one of my seniors on campus. As a member of the education sector, I also participated in the handover of books to children and the local community.
On this day, we carry out activities in the form of social activities, namely distributing books to children and people who have experienced the phenomenon of landslides in January yesterday. The books that we provide are especially for children and adolescents. A small number of books, but this is what we can do to support children's education so they don't miss the knowledge they have previously mastered.
FAMe received direct support from the Head of the Aceh Library and Archives Office, namely Dr. Edi Yandra. He also gave motivation to us to convey to the children of the Lamkleng Aceh Besar village that they are. Books and literacy culture also play an important role in forming a person's intellectual weight. So take advantage of books.
