I have categorized this education into two(2) and I will firstly share about condoms. Condoms are known to be the most effective contraceptive in preventing both illness and unwanted pregnancy.

Safe sex is a right for everyone and nobody wants to end up with a lifelong disease or an unwanted surprise so it is advisable for every woman and man to have condoms with them everywhere.

How to properly use a condom are illustrated with images below and sentences for clarity.

Males

---

1. Carefully open the cover with your fingers not your teeth to avoid tearing making sure it is not expired.
2. Hold the tip to expel air in order to prevent the condom from breaking during sex.
3. Continuously hold the tip whiles you put on the condom and it's safe to use.

1. After removing the condom
2. Use your fingers to push it through the cervix to the vagina in a comfortable position.
3. Be sure the condom is not twisted and the thin outer ring remains outside the vagina.
