We usually start as individuals on steemit when we join the platform before we begin to fully understand how this entire ecosystem works. In the beginning, it is sometimes challenging which is why it is much better to seek guidance from an experienced person. It can then get much easier from there.

Here are some tips for you to inculcate the habit of teamwork

• Join Voice Chats & Other Seminars

To interact with other steemians and build a strong relationship with them, you should be able to connect with them more often and join their various groups and other events. For instance, steem ghana has several conferences and seminars we undertake on a periodic basis. Here, most of our steemins are present and you get to introduce yourself and share ideas with everyone. This makes you feel at home and well connected with everyone.

• Vote & Engage Others in Their Comment Section

Voting is the means by which we appreciate the contents that have been created by other authors and giving them some incentives for their work. By voting, the person feels encouraged that you have been motivated by their input and is gingered to do more.

Also, after going through the user's post, you may have identified some strengths and weaknesses within the post. Constructive feedback is therefore highly encouraged to give the user the opportunity to know what they need to improve in their future articles.

• Participate In Various Contests

It is always advisable to find contests on steemit using the #contest tag or https://steemit.com/trending/contest. These are various writing or other challenges that would test your creativity levels and help you to really improve your writing abilities..

Personally, I have seen that there are numerous challenges that you can partake in since they keep trooping in on a daily basis. As such, you can try to partake in at least three of them for the week in case you feel like there is nothing to write about.

• Attend Meetups Other Gatherings

One of the best ways we get to familiarize ourselves with each other is through meetups. This way, we are able to get to chat and have friendly conversations with each other in order to foster good relations.

Once you attend such gatherings, you leave there as friends who are most likely to look out for each other now than in previous times.

• Start Great Projects

In order to add value to the steemit ecosystem, we must also do our part in the part of the world we may find ourselves. Wherever you may be, there is something you can also do to promote steemit in your locality. It may be in the form of charity, teaching, volunteering, sports, and so on. Whatever the project may be about, it must be something that can be capable of gaining traction and not something that would be abandoned in the short term.
