Passion and Motivation are keys to all life endeavour..
Sometimes u feel like giving up, sometimes u feel depress and even with the high pay amount of the job your doing, without passion and motivation your inner spirit is weak, and thus you lack courage to continue.

    Yes passion and motivation does matter in what ever you are doing and this actually helps in setting out your goals properly.
