If I may give you a tip, Steem is a big ocean and in the beginning only a few will read your post. That means you can write the best of all articles and still get few votes and comments. That's why it's important to look around first, vote for others and most importantly comment. Accounts that only post but otherwise don't care about other users' posts usually don't get much response.

At least that was the case when I was more active here. I haven't been here for over a year, and I don't know yet if I'll stay much longer.
