RE: Talk Channel: "Comment or ask a question"/ Comente o pregunte (week 262) in the WOX

I agree with you that it's not always easy to know if plagiarism has been committed when using pictures but not when using text. If you take the time to search the Internet, translate an article into English, and then post it, this doesn't happen accidentally. By now, most who are here, especially students, should know how it works. If I did not, I would wonder and ask why those sources were mentioned everywhere.

Those who make what you call an honest mistake also act and respond differently from those who did it on purpose. If it is explained how it can be done, what is acceptable, and corrections are made, then there's no way I would distrust the posters.

The present situation is that those who claim to be honest and are against AI use(d) it themselves. I saw this happen the entire year of 2024. I can't label this trustworthy and the same counts for those who tried to make me do (or let go of) something with false promises.

To me, an apology means nothing if the same behaviour continues. The only reason an apology is made is with the belief the abused feels sorry and falls into the same trap again. A fact is that even if the proof is shown the denial and lies continue or questions are not answered. I don't understand why. The proof is there why not say: yes, I did that how can I solve it, instead of wasting everyone's time and lying?

A plus of social media is those you don't like you can delete out of your life. There's no need to be close with everyone and also no need to rust everyone.

BTW this is not about the Art community only but the entire platform.
