RE: I just ordered my own custom-made bed frame from the son of my middle school friend
I read with amazement about everything going on in your head and all the things you have to consider. For us, it doesn’t matter which class you’re in—it has nothing to do with intelligence. That division comes from the different education paths, and there’s also a difference in years. The smarter you are, the more years (and presumably, the more boredom). Was that the case with those who gave you the name "Smiley"?
It’s a clever idea to have a steel bed frame made. How lucky that’s possible! I wouldn’t know anyone here who could do that. My first bed was made by a carpenter. I was really happy with it, but I’ve no idea where it ended up. I also had a wooden one and, of course, regretted it because of the damp floor. In the end, during dry weather, I cleaned the wood, treated it with bleach and vinegar against the mould, and then wrapped the legs in thick plastic. The base is made of slats, and they creak alarmingly now and then. The extra slats that came with it were ridiculously thin, so I’ve already replaced them. Now I’m thinking of getting rid of the bed because I need more space.
I’m curious to see how your bed turns out. You’ve thought of everything, even the fan and the light...
In our high school the grading is different like for example, if you get a high (perfect) test score and you are in the section one, your grade for that test is 100 but if you belong to the lower sections, your maximum grade even if you had done a perfect test score, you will only get 90.
My classmate which coined me the name Smiley as he said, always sees me with a smiling face so he called me that.
I just remembered the other one called me "Englishman" after I spoke in English with one of our teachers while we are on our class discussion, apparently he got amazed on how I spoke considering that I only have two teaspoons of knowledge in grammar even now. Funnily the Englishman got replaced by "Denmark!" to apparently shorten it.😐
But anyway whether one had graduated or not in high school or College (but better if they did), the outcome of their lives would be in the end will still be up for them to decide. In my case, it is just a mix of luck, God's mercy and grace, and my own hard work and craziness which had lead me into what I am doing now.
It may not be work per se but I am working hard I believe and at he same time I am enjoying what I am doing online because it doesn't feel that I am working nor maybe even the government recognizing my work as work, but I am classifying it as an "informal sector" because I do not have training nor licenses, papers or documents nor I need one for this peculiar way of making a living.
Anyway, I don't know if that high school is still doing that but students now get medals for just being "cooperative or well-behaved" these days and then when they graduate, they look like they received a doctorate degree because the Togas are embellished with sash and all that extra awards. 😄
Our house must not use any furniture that will touch the floor otherwise it will get ruined by the flood when it rains hard. So I chose the metal bed frame and I already posted on how it will look like without the black paint finish. I know that the feet of the bed will rust but because it has some paint and a primer before that, it will not get damaged as easily by rust from the future flood water inside my room.
I hope that soon me and my parents can stay at a better house and I think it is near because of the rise of the value of BTC which is the reason that my hopes will come into reality if God wills it in the end. Miss @wakeupkitty.pal @wakeupkitty

We don't have togas and it's rarely celebrated. A sticker we received at primary school if we behaved good, wrote neatly or it's our birthday, in the first grades😁
The only thing some still do if the passed the exam of high/secondary school is hanging out the flag with schoolbag but never in my family.
