RE: I was able to talk to my Nephrologist but it yielded no results for my dialysis dose
You know, there are levels and levels and it isn't said the 171 is bad for you.
It's not different from bady temp and blood pressure.
Many patients (I rather call them clients) "forget" what they wanted to ask. With us they always say to take someone along since two hear more than one and the doctor easily ignores one's questions or is focuses on on aspect. Also a good option is to write down everything you want to ask.
BTW if it comes to isomnia this isn't abnormal but will get worse if you keep focusing on the fact you cannot sleep.
Thank you for your suggestion, I might as well write down thing which I wanted to ask or say to my Nephrologist but she is believing for example, that I should ignore my creatinine levels since I am being getting dialysis treatments, but I forgot to tell her in a witty note that I was ignoring it for many years now but I can feel it.
Most of the time I do have a problem about expressing myself and is often misinterpreted for what I want to convey. Anxiety also would kick-in even if I was conversing with a friend, I will start to stutter and tremble and feel all that anxiety attack symptoms after a few minutes symptoms even though I am aware or want to control it, I can't and the only way I can get a relief is to go away from a situation or conversation.
Anyway, if I would nap at noon, I can never sleep at night and might be able to sleep again at around 3:00 AM, it could be ok if I can continue sleeping for the rest of the morning but it will be the time that the road near my room will be busy again and is one big factor for waking me up everytime I would be sleeping. But I still have to tone down my caffeine intake even though I am not drinking that much. Miss @wakeupkitty, thank you for your suggestions. 😀👍🌹🌹🌹

Writing down is the only solution abd shebshould read. You can say: stop, please! Or lift your hand to make her stop.
I know it's hard to talknand express yourself if anxiety kicks in but look at you. Look at all you achieved! How far you came.
So use these tricks and if needed you write, text or let your mom do it.
You are the best specialist and know how you feel and what is best for you. I find it kind of dumb to state there's no need to pay attention because the machine will take care of it, which is clearly not the case.
I send you a big hug. I read you soon again.
