RE: Well the hot season has ended and it is an additional challenge to manage my fluid consumption again
That's so nice of them. Is it true that water intake of those who are going theu dialysis is limited to 4 glass a day only?
I am more than blessed to have options on the time of need particularly when it comes to transportation and I need not to worry anymore because there will be always a helping hand thanks be to God. It really also pays when we belong to a true church which advocates and practices loving one another and other people.
As for fluid consumption, ideally it is limited to only 1 liter a day to avoid complications during dialysis treatment like hypotension but most patients can drink more than that in a day especially if they eat more frequently and have good appetite.
That is why most patients would be heavy when arriving at dialysis where some can tolerate up to five liters depending on dialysis centers of they are allowing that amount. When I was just a new dialysis patient it is the amount of fluids being removed from me at dialysis treatment but now I am trying to always consume less than half of that because I tend to get hypotension and it ruins my dialysis treatment time and fluid management.
