The Shrinking of Time and "Doing Things Properly" — A Mini Rant, of Sorts
written by @denmarkguy
So, every now and then I go off, and rant about "doing things properly," and my perceived importance of doing things properly. Mostly this is a result of my frustrations and arising impatience because I find myself in the middle of creating a post (or article) and it takes so damn long to write everything out properly, and have good grammar, and proper spelling, and if you're referencing something to make sure that it's actually correct, and then making everything look pretty, and put decent images in there and format them so they're not huge and take 600 years to load... and it takes all this time to navigate appropriately.
Thanks to the pollinators who keep our gardens healthy!
written by @sallybeth23
Being a gardener and lover of nature I am always incredibly grateful for all the hard working pollinators who visit my garden. After all, without them there would be no garden! Thank you to all the birds and bees and insects that keep our gardens beautiful and thriving! Even while we sleep the night pollinators are busy at work in our gardens.
Be unique
written by @alexvan
when I was young, I learned the hard way that the peer pressure is something that can harm somebody. Well, as I was 14, I got into some bad circle which did bad stuff. I was not agreeing to it, but did not have the guts to tell them this. At some point, they put me to do something bad, which might have screwed my entire life after that. I accepted, even I was full aware of the consequences. Well, stuff was bad, as in some countries you might lose your life for this. After two weeks, I left that entourage and told myself, to never do these things again.
Amagi Aria
written by @janakee
Today I’m going to share with you a review of another hotel that we visited a few months ago. Its name is Amagi Aria which is situated in Negombo and also in front of a lagoon. Since this is situated in front of a lagoon, the environment of this hotel is very beautiful and also very clam. You can see a beautiful view of the sun set in this place. It cannot be explained in few words. Actually, the evening in this place is very active and happening.
Movie Highlight #55 : "Japa"
written by @ruthjoe
For the sake of all those who are not familiar with the word Japa , it is a term used to describe the action of migration. The word became popular when most Nigerians desire to leave the country for a better life abroad. The movie Japa is coined from the term I just explained above. Japa is a Nigerian movie that tells a story of 4 young friends who were determined to leave Nigeria for a better life in America. At the end only one of the friends succeeded in getting a visa, but did he travel? Well you can only find out when you decide to see the movie.
