Thank you for sharing your in-depth information with everyone. Not many people here know what you do to recruit new users to the Steemit community. As far as I know, you are the first to have decorated a car to promote STEEM and spent money out of pocket to make it happen. You have already recruited users to STEEM, you are a good mentor and are good at teaching them about the steem community.

What I see as important is to train smaller groups at a time, for example up to 10 users. We can call them Steem Stundenter. I know about your plan for them to develop into good users when they have gone through the steps you have set up.
For a period of 3 weeks, the students will be delegated 250 Steem Power by my Norwegian team and me. After the 3 weeks they have managed to increase their own Steem power and our delegation will be given to new students.
If any of the students take a power down during that period, we will withdraw the delegate.

Email me the username of the Steem students and I will transfer the delegation to them.

Hi @sultan-aceh, the recruitment work is hard but then it is satisfying to see that a large family of users has been formed. Great job, well done..!

And, don't worry about this

I'm sorry, if there is a wrong word and language in this post, it's not my intention, because I use google translate

this is part of the globalization era..!

Thank you very much @tocho2
happy to hear it . ok @tocho2
