Today, I will show all steem users, in making a Window Model door for MPP Cafe Warung Kopi, well, as I said before, this is also a chain work that I do, after the table used to place the stove, now it's the turn of the window part that I assemble, which later, this window will open upwards.

The purpose of creating this image is to make it easier for me as an assembler or worker to make windows with an upward opening door model, in working on it at my current temporary business place, so, with the dimensions that I measured in advance, it will produce an accurate and precise door when I install it later.

After repeated measurements I did, in order to get a good and perfect distance, then, I got a loan of IDR.300,000,- to buy and find the materials I need to make this work.

1 - Iron plate

This iron plate will later be used as a window wall cover.

2 - Putty

I will later use this iron putty to cover the iron with small holes so that it looks neat, clean and solid.

3 - Grinding blades, supports and hinges

This tool will later be like a grinding wheel to smooth the rough welding parts, and the long white one as a door support when opened upwards. and 2 pieces like bolts are small iron hinges, to make it easier when opening and closing the window up and down.

I will later use this bolt to stick it into the concrete hole, so that there is a window handle that I am working on, and it does not fall easily/

Start Work

In this section, I have started working alone, and I did not take pictures of the iron cutting, because my hands were dirty, to avoid damage to the touch screen of the cellphone, and I immediately measured the angle using a right angle tool to be precise, and the distance between the frame and the window leaf, I used the help of a broken grinder blade as a tool.

in this section, I immediately assembled the window frame with repeated measurements so as not to be wrong, and I did the welding, in the middle with a strip shape and upright.

after all was done, all my tools were removed, and I tried to open it once, to ensure the accuracy of the size, to be more precise when I installed it later in place, the result was that there were no obstacles and all the sizes fit when I opened it.

at this stage I cut the iron plate, with a size of 1mm, using a grinder, but during the process, after I cut the iron plate, the grinder I had, did not want to rotate anymore, aka jammed or damaged.

1 day later, then, I took the grinder to a repairman, and it turned out that the lubricant inside had hardened, and had to be replaced with a new one so that it would not jam or stick and could run as before, the repair was complete, I went straight to the work area and worked again.

in this section, so that later I can clean it from welding crust and dirt, I immediately assemble the iron lock, which will be installed at the bottom of the door to make it easier to lock, below is when I assemble a simple lock, but the security is very strong

in this work section, I have entered the putty stage, on the iron parts that are not neat, to cover the fine holes, and later when cleaning and painting it is neater and more perfect, without visible scratches in any corner
