Clove Tree Nursery
Clove Tree Nursery
Today, I'm going to show you how to grow clove seedlings directly from fruit that falls from the mother clove tree. I'm showing you this clove seedling nursery. Perhaps you'll be able to follow in my footsteps and grow cloves, which we can sell from one month old to a year and a half old, to other farmers who need clove seedlings.
At first, I wasn't sure if these clove trees would grow, but this time, planting clove seedlings is very easy. Just remove the mature clove seeds and replant them in plastic bags.
The area I'll be planting is shown in the image below:
As you can see, I've cleared and sprayed the area for planting these clove seedlings, so now we just need to wait a few weeks for them to be planted.
This area is right behind the WOX Coffee Shop and PC Repair Shop. Hopefully, these clove trees will continue to grow and produce products for sale, such as:
- clove leaves, as a spice
- clove branches, as a spice
- clove fruit, as a spice
Below, you can see that I've prepared the seedlings, and they're ready to be planted in my small garden.
Watering in the morning and in the afternoon
All the clove seedlings I planted in small plastic containers are now ready, and the clove tree seedlings have begun to grow vigorously in the hut I created specifically for my garden. As shown in the image above, the clove seedlings have begun to emerge, and the roots are starting to show.
I water the clove seedlings in the morning and evening to ensure they receive sufficient water. Therefore, I have to make extra trips back and forth to the garden to water and care for the clove seedlings.
I water the clove seedlings using mineral water bottles. I don't have a dedicated watering can with many holes in the front area yet. If I have the funds, I might buy one specifically for watering all my seedlings.
Because I use used mineral water bottles, my work has become easier. With the bottles, I'm creative: I poke holes in the bottle caps to limit the water flow and can regulate it slightly. This keeps the soil moist and prevents water from pooling in the plastic, which could kill the clove seedlings. As shown in the image below:
That's all I can say. I hope it's helpful. And don't forget to utilize your empty backyard or front yard to plant plants that can be useful in the real world.
I conclude, happy gardening.
Best regards
