Dennis the Menace drawing.
Step 1: drawing with a pencil.
Step 2: going over it with a technical pen (and erasing the pencil marks)
Step 3: coloring with markers (Copic markers)

The hard part is drawing accurately. That is why I do it with pencils, so I can erase and fix, till I am happy.
Then, with pens, need to be careful when going over the pencil, because a pen cannot be erased.
With colors, there are 4 attributes to keep in mind: hue, value, saturation, temperature (warm and cool colors).
