Mission 15 - Turning a power line into an insect highway
Hello my dear Steemians,
This is the new account “Planetwild” by @stef1 and @myskye. This account is about collecting Steem for the PlanetWild project. That's why I'm going to post once a day. Everything we get together here (Steem, SBD, SP) goes to the project. Then let's see what we can do here...
We all know about these not-so-pretty high-voltage lines, but we need them. In Germany there are always discussions about building new lines, but there is another solution... just turn off all your electric devices (including your cell phone, of course).
Mission 15
Humans have destroyed and fragmented natural habitats all over the world, to expand infrastructure and connect cities through power lines. This fragmentation significantly reduces the space plants and animals need to thrive. But the vast stretches of unused land beneath power lines could be a promising opportunity for rewilding.
We’re using the space under power lines to reconnect fragmented areas and create more biodiversity. By converting these barren spaces into flourishing meadows of biodiversity, we can provide a sanctuary for native plants and endangered species.
We’re partnering with Pro Natura, who are taking on the challenge of reshaping power line corridors to foster biodiversity. They begin by removing fast-growing and dominant species to make way for a more diverse ecosystem. They then introduce a variety of species that went missing from these landscapes to transform these areas into a thriving paradise.
У нас линии ЛЭП довольно быстро зарастают сами по себе. Там можно найти любые формы жизни. Есть даже болота. А лесные ягоды здесь созревают быстрее :)
That's really a nice cause .for the same reason I can't found small birds around my colony
Thiz is really a nice course that you have embarked with and I am so sure it will definitely end well. Though it might actually requires a lot of dedication
This is really a nice advantage to see why it is happening. I actually love this
Thank you, friend!
I'm @steem.history, who is steem witness.
Thank you for witnessvoting for me.

The weight is reduced because of the lack of Voting Power. If you vote for me as a witness, you can get my little vote.
This is really a nice course that you have embarked with that I am really happy with
