A Gist Into My Medical Career Pursuit And Divergence
As I made a few edits, I thought about the person I wished to become and how I planned my life before the university had me in a place I never expected to be😁, but as it is said, most things flow naturally, and many say it's fate; some say it's an opportunity; every stage in life has a definition. There is no time to look back and dwell on those mistakes, but rather I take a step forward, bringing to mind every single mistake so there'll be no forced repetition.

What hour of my life did I really flashback to? Those days I burnt the night studying to become a medical doctor. From the way I planned my life, I left high school at 16. After a year of tutoring young stars in secondary schools, some of whom are now engineers and medical doctors, etc., and serving as a private lesson teacher, I decided to resign and focus on my studies to pursue medicine and study all on my own. It wasn't easy living without a better device, out of the net in a world where the internet is where knowledge seems to be limitless. I found myself still taking the old ways, deprived of exposure to advanced learning and unfortunately not hitting the benchmark as competition abounds.
Should I say I gave up, or that the pressure made me switch just to be in the inn group? Even with this, I still wasn't interested in the course I studied. While I persisted, I made several efforts to switch. This time, Mom wanted me there, and so did I. For medicine, I wasn't pressured. I thought of switching to other medical courses like med lab science after hitting so high in JAMB with a score of 255/400 at least this time I was a bit above average, though my expectation was always 320+ or nothing, but lack of exposure failed me. As time passed, I decided to stay here since I was introduced to Steemit.
I saw medical practitioners here like @dexysluz, @stef1, @abdullahw2, @helengutier2, etc. It didn't just encourage me to stay, but I always find hope in pursuing my dreams. Dad is a medical practitioner, precisely a Med. lab scientist and a preacher too. He may not have time for Steemit; he wasn't born in the trends of computers, though he uses the internet a lot and knows a lot too. But the concept here is broad; I wish I could get support from some medical teams to invest here.

Greetings, friend @nsijoro
Medical school is very important and requires great responsibility. Knowing and handling all medical equipment and medications gives doctors great power over others.
