What is a dream for you? For me, it is a driving force, it is a source of energy and hope. The human will not survive without a dream.
If we talk about dream we often think about something that associates with dreaming. Of course, we all have different stuff that takes us in this wonderful world of our dreams. As to me, often that is open and endless water, no matter ocean, sea even lake. Maybe because water in general associates with life, with constant movement and changes. When you observe water stream in forest that makes its way it runs around stones and creates its way.
When we visit seaside and after high tide water goes back to sea but every time it creates another path to run back. Maybe that is what we human do, we often choose different ways, because we are looking for some easier and more successful way in our life.
When I think about sea it can not be just empty there always should be a ship with sails. Old fashioned made of wood, that is ages on sea and even the whole timber is salty through and through, because of long journey.
The sails are something that makes our ships special, because they are driving force that helped people in old time to reach their harbour to their families, friends just back to their land and to be on steady soil. The sailors are people who can not stay for a long time on ground and they live with sea, the power of storms and wind, the wish of discovery something special, mysterious and even as every child wish to discover treasure. Although many children dream to be pirates and live such luxury life.
Today I wanted to present you many version of those vessels, on open sea and stormy water, but also back to their home, quite night and peaceful places. If you are also dreamer hope you can enjoy your own dreams when you will be looking and studying my digital art.
