Few works by Hristo Panev
Visiting "Rusalka" (English: mermaid), a sea resort on the Bulgarian shores of Black Sea, a huge complex built during the socialist years, I noticed there are few works by the famous Bulgarian painter Hristo Panev.
He was hired to decorate the common buildings of the resort, as it seems.
Let me share them with you today, who knows when time will decide to erase those walls...

Rusalka is a great and very interesting place, but I, as a spoilsport lol, would say this artist's talent is way overrated. Maybe I somehow associate this guy with communism and that's why I don't like his work. But who am I to give ratings, lol.

Once I asked a person who's living is the arts, how would they rate him and they said, 3 out of 10. That's a bit harsh but I know, many are not fond of people who were close to the former "strong of the day".
