[ESP/ENG] THE DIARY GAME | 11/08/2020 | 11-50 | Exercise and music / Ejercicio y música
Hoy desperté tarde, algo así como a medio día o un poco más tarde. Me levanté de la cama y me cepillé los dientes escuchando algunas canciones de trap, entre ellas Money de Cardi B, esa canción es una de las que vi en las clases de mezcla de los últimos días. Decidí empezar el día con esas canciones porque quería ir identificando lo que estuve aprendiendo. Después de cepillarme, busqué mi comida y me senté en la computadora como siempre.
El día de hoy desayuné viendo un video de ShaunTrack (Shaun para los amigos 😅), no suelo ver tantos videos de este tipo, por cuestiones de tiempo siempre veo otro tipo de videos, pero los canales de Youtube que suelo consumir no subieron videos interesantes a esa hora. El video de Shaun estuvo bueno, él tiene una manera divertida de analizar los temas, es una forma sencilla, pero es entretenido.
I woke up late today, about midday or a little later. I got out of bed and brushed my teeth listening to some trap songs, including Money by Cardi B, that song is one of those I saw in the mixing classes the last few days. I decided to start the day with those songs because I wanted to identify what I was learning. After brushing, I looked for my food and sat down at the computer as usual.

Today I had breakfast watching a ShaunTrack video (Shaun for friends 😅), I don't usually watch this kind of videos, because of time constraints I always watch other kind of videos, but the Youtube channels I usually consume didn't upload interesting videos at that time. Shaun's video was good, he has a funny way of analyzing the themes, it's a simple way, but it's entertaining.
Al terminar de comer y ver el video de Shaun, estuve conversando con mi equipo de trabajo, hoy realizaron una reunión para poner al día a otros miembros del equipo. Un compañero no podía asistir y yo ya había avanzado suficiente trabajo ayer, así que preferí que pusieran al día al resto del equipo y yo participaría en la reunión de mañana.
When I finished eating and watching Shaun's video, I had a conversation with my team, today they held a meeting to update other team members. A colleague could not attend and I had already done enough work yesterday, so I preferred to have the rest of the team catch up and I would participate in tomorrow's meeting.
Más tarde, hice ejercicio, hoy era día de hombros y espalda. La verdad es que, a pesar de que fue muy exigente la rutina, siento que tuve avances en mi técnica. Los avances en la técnica son importantes porque a mejor técnica, mayor peso se podrá cargar y se minimizan las posibilidades de sufrir lesiones. Ya mañana cumplo tres semanas con esta rutina y no puedo estar más contento con los resultados, ahora es cuestión de mantener la constancia y podré lograr los mejores resultados de todos estos años que llevo haciendo ejercicio.
Later, I worked out; today was shoulder and back day. The truth is, even though the routine was very demanding, I feel I made progress in my technique. The advances in technique are important because the better the technique, the more weight you can carry and the less chance of injury. Tomorrow I will be three weeks into this routine and I couldn't be happier with the results. Now it's a matter of maintaining consistency and I''ll be able to achieve the best results in all the years I've been exercising.
Luego de los ejercicios, me bañé y comí. Mientras comía, estuve viendo una entrevista a un músico increíble llamado Jacob Collier, recién me estoy dando la oportunidad de descubrir todo su trabajo gracias a @cronosclocks, aunque ya ella me había mostrado su música desde hace tiempo, yo no había podido conectar con su música hasta ahora. Y creo que fue lo mejor, porque ahora aprecio todo mucho más, lo entiendo mejor y valoro más su trabajo. De verdad que Jacob es uno como pocos, tiene un talento increíble y es una buena persona hasta donde he podido conocer de él. Espero poder trabajar algún día en un proyecto musical de ese calibre.
After the exercises, I took a bath and ate. While I was eating, I was watching an interview with an incredible musician called Jacob Collier, I' m just giving myself the opportunity to discover all his work thanks to @cronosclocks, even though she had already shown me his music for a long time, I had not been able to connect with his music until now. And I think it was the best, because now I appreciate everything much more, I understand it better and I value his work more. Jacob really is one of the few, he is incredibly talented and he is a good person as far as I have been able to get to know him. I hope to be able to work on a musical project of that caliber someday.
Al terminar la entrevista, me puse a conversar con miembros de mi equipo sobre lo que debemos realizar mañana para la reunión y después me quedé escuchando todos los Albums de Jacob Collier mientras realizaba este diario. Terminaré esto y dentro de un rato me iré a dormir.
When the interview was over, I started talking with members of my team about what we should do tomorrow for the meeting and then I listened to all of Jacob Collier's albums while I was making this diary. I will finish this and in a little while I'll go to sleep.
