From what I understand, this proposal helps developers secure funds for their ideas and projects, as the current rules for submitting proposals are difficult to pass, especially due to the return proposal. This proposal aims to make the rules less strict, based on my understanding.

I created steemhub.tech, which provides stats about posts and makes it easy to create weekly reports with just one click. There are more features to come.

Under Steemhub, I will provide additional tools, including a creative game, pools, and a chat app. However, I don’t think it’s necessary to create a proposal because I don’t believe I will pass the proposal return.
