Hi,
Trying to see the complexity of self-perception in a world where human and mechanical elements increasingly intertwine, in this study I explore the fragmented identity and duality, expressing them through an interplay of geometric abstraction and organic form. The face is divided into distinct sections—one side vibrant and warm, the other metallic and rigid—suggesting a contrast between human emotion and mechanical detachment.
The left side, rendered in bold orange, retains a sense of life and expression, marked by a simple black eye and striking red lips. In contrast, the right side appears as a fractured mask, with structured segments and an oversized, unsettling eye that gives the impression of surveillance or artificial awareness. The dark, sweeping hair-like element adds a dynamic flow, interrupting the rigid division of forms.

Lines and seams traverse the face and body, reinforcing the theme of construction and deconstruction, as if this figure is being pieced together or pulled apart. The texture and color choices—earthy yet industrial—heighten the tension between warmth and coldness, authenticity and artificiality.
