We do need to break ourselves away from the tech!! I have now made it almost routine to step away from the screen even for just a couple of minutes every hour or so - that benefits my body, my mind, eyes and the dog, lol - because I generally take that moment to go meander around the garden, which he always enjoys.

Photography is always something I have loved to mess around with - not professionally, but I do love to test my creative bounds with a camera - even if it is just my phone.

Stamp collecting is also something I used to do - in fact myself and all my brothers... I am not actually sure what happened to my album. Coin collecting was something else I also used to love doing and always looked forward to trips with my mom to the local flea market where there were always pennies to be found :)

But yes... hobbies are important. I would like to adopt a few more myself actually. In fact, later today we are heading off to the driving range to go smack some balls with Jude and his buddy - and both Dave and I have been contemplating taking up golf. I have never played myself, outside of putt putt, lol! - but I do think it could prove fun.
