Steemit is still a Great Platform.

In 2020, there was a fork on Steemit that led us to move many of the platform's users to a new social network called "Hive." All of us who experienced this controversy were shocked by the change, but we continued moving forward in what we believed was best for us, regardless of what was left behind with Steemit.

Many of us moved forward with fear because of all the negative comments that were made at the time, but from time to time we looked at this platform to see if everything that had been predicted would happen.

It's been five years since that traumatic separation, but my assessment is that the platform is doing well, with many users, lots of content, and a lot of enthusiasm. This indicates that what was previously thought wasn't true.

Now, I came across this post from @xpilar's community where they are concerned about the unengaged behavior of the platform's users: Commenting on posts, interacting with other colleagues, leaving a kind comment on a colleague's post.

We know that the platform's fundamental requirements are to vote, comment, and publish our blogs in the corresponding communities, and, if possible, reblog the posts we find most important.

Unfortunately, human beings need to be reminded of the rules and ethics of originality. My idea, as a contribution to addressing our friends' concerns, is to include a call to action in every contest published on the platform (and there are many). Add to the contest rules the right to comment on five posts in the same contest so that I can write something nice about those five friends' articles.

I suggest changing the way contests are entered, requiring users to join a club (50/50) to participate. Steemit was categorized as a centralized platform after the fork, and this is giving rise to such opinions. Of course, each community is free to act as they see fit, as long as it doesn't negatively impact the platform.

Regarding Steem Power, prizes could be awarded under this concept rather than Steem Dollars. A monthly prize could also be created for everyone who Powers Up each month and shares their post in a community created for this purpose. Remember that it's harder to withdraw Steem Power than Steem Dollars.

Steem is a strong cryptocurrency, just look at everything it's been through and it's still here and holding good value. Let's do everything in our power to continue making Steem the platform that started out as a great help to everyone, where many people were able to mine cryptocurrency without having to invest, just by dedicating their time to posting, making friends, and helping those who wanted to speak out and did so through writing. Todos los que vivimos esta controversia quedamos impactados por el cambio, pero continuamos avanzando hacia lo que creímos que era lo mejor para nosotros sin tomar muy en cuenta lo que quedaba atrás con Steemit.

A muchos nos paso que avanzamos con temor por todos los comentarios negativos que se hicieron en el momento, pero de cuando en cuando mirábamos hacia esta plataforma para ver si pasaba todo lo que se había pronosticado.

Ya se cumplieron 5 años de esa separación tan traumática, pero mi apreciación es que la plataforma está bien y con muchos usuarios, mucho contenido y mucho entusiasmo. Eso indica que no era cierto lo que se había pensado.

Ahora bien, me encontré esta publicación de la comunidad de @xpilar donde están preocupados por el comportamiento poco comprometido con los usuarios de la plataforma: El comentar las publicaciones, el interactuar con los otros compañeros, dejar un amable comentario en la publicación de un compañero.

Sabemos que los requisitos fundamentales de la plataforma es Votar, Comentar y Publicar nuestros blogs en las comunidades correspondientes y si es posible, dar reblog a las publicaciones que más nos haya parecido importantes.

Lamentablemente a el ser humano hay que recordarles las normas y la ética que es la originalidad. Mi idea como contribución a la preocupación de nuestros amigos es que se llame a la acción en cada concurso que se publique en la plataforma (y son muchos). Añadir en las reglas de los concursos el comentar en 5 publicaciones del mismo concurso para así escribir algo agradable en el artículo de esos 5 amigos.

Sugiero que se cambie la forma de participar en los concursos obligando al usuario a pertenecer a un club (50/50) para poder participar. Steemit se catalogó como una plataforma centralizada luego de la bifurcación y esto es como darle pie a esas opiniones, claro, cada comunidad es libre de actuar como mejor lo crea, siempre y cuando no afecte de manera negativa a la plataforma.

Con respecto al Steem Power, se podrían dar premios bajo este concepto y no del Steem Dolar. También se puede crear un premio mensual para todo el que haga Power Up cada principio de mes y comparta su publicación en una comunidad creada para este fin. Recuerden que es más dificil retirar un Steem Power que un Steem Dolar.

El Steem es una crypto fuerte, sino vean por todo lo que ha pasado y todavía sigue aquí y con buen valor. Hagamos lo que esté a nuestro alcance para seguir haciendo de Steemit la plataforma que comenzó brindando mucha ayuda a todos, donde mucha gente pudo minar una cryptomoneda sin tener que invertir, solo dedicando su tiempo a publicar, hacer amigos y a ayudar a expresar a aquellos que querían hablar y lo hicieron mediante la escritura.
